About the Game

The Last Ember Bearer

In Last Ember, you play Arkane— a girl whose hand still carries the world's last spark of summoning fire. With it, she calls carnivores to her side — from the quick-footed Compsognathus to the apex T-Rex — and turns them against the things that wait in the dark.

A turn-based deck-builder in the lineage of Slay the Spire. Pick a path across each chapter's map, balance summons and spells, fuse beasts with arcane sigils, and evolve them into bio-mecha forms before the ember fades.

P3: ember runes ignite

Features

Draw. Summon. Evolve.

20-Card Decks

Draw 5 cards each turn — at least one summon guaranteed. Spend chapter mana on summons, attack spells, defense, and buffs. Every run, a new deck.

Summon & Auto-Strike

Play summon cards to bring dinosaurs onto the field. They strike automatically each turn while you focus on tactics, blocks, and the next play.

Branching Map Runs

15 nodes per chapter — battles, elites, shops, events, and rest sites. Choose your path. Lose the run, keep the lessons. 4 chapters in total.

Fusion Sigils

Brand a summon with a Fusion Sigil to combine carnivore traits — the Apex Fusion passive lets Arkane bind two beasts into one stronger card.

Bio-Mecha Evolution

Each dinosaur evolves through three tiers — bare hide, partial mecha, full bio-mecha. Ember-charged plating, signature skills sharpened with every step.

Apex Signatures

Each summon has its own striking pattern — Raptor's pounce, Carnotaurus' charge, Allosaurus' stalk, T-Rex's apex roar. Compose a board of complements, not duplicates.
